Charles de la Cruz, Ph.D. is an Associate Director at Commonwealth, leading project teams to research, design, and pilot innovative financial solutions for low and moderate income households in the U.S. Prior to joining Commonwealth, de la Cruz held roles at Jain Family Institute, LIFT, Inc., and Princeton University. With a Ph.D. in Politics from Princeton University, de la Cruz has a strong background in policy research and advocacy, particularly in the realm of financial security for low-income families.
