Elna Jennings

Elna Jennings has a diverse work experience background, starting as the Managing Director at Blueprint Biotech LAB in 2003, followed by roles as the Founder and CEO at Adopt a Town Holdings, Business Owner at EDGLOBAL, Conference and Events Sales Executive at Novotel Canberra, and Fundraising & Partnerships Manager at the Indigenous Marathon Foundation. Elna then founded Peak Performance Institute of Australia in 2020 and also worked as a Peak Performance Professional at Uncapped Inc before taking on the role of Director of Marketing and Fundraising at Communities at Work in 2023. Their roles have involved strategic direction, customer engagement, event management, business development, fundraising, and partnership establishment.

From 1990 to 1993, Elna Jennings attended the University of Johannesburg, where they obtained a BA Soc degree with a focus on Industrial Psychology. In 2019, they enrolled at The Coaching Institute in Melbourne and completed a program to become a Credentialed Practitioner of Coaching, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
