Joe Flynn

Joe Flynn is an experienced executive with a robust track record in software transformation, operations, and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Transformation at CommScope since October 2022, Joe previously held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at Sourcewise, President and CEO at P2P Connect, and VP of Global Product Strategy and Alliances at PRGX Global Inc. Joe is also a member of the Board of Directors at Empaur. Notably, as the founder of Lavante, Inc., Joe pioneered a SaaS-based fintech solution that revolutionized the Profit Recovery industry. Joe holds a BA in Economics from Santa Clara University and has a strong foundation in building teams, driving digital transformation, and securing venture capital.
