Laurie Adams has over 15 years of experience in field installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various broadband products. Currently serving as a Principal Deployment Systems Engineer at CommScope, Laurie has previously worked at ARRIS and Motorola Home & Networks Mobility/TSS. Laurie's expertise also extends to tools creation using Excel VBA. Prior to this, Laurie worked at Cargan Services as a Field Engineer and at Citistreet as a Shared Services Team Lead, focusing on total benefits outsourcing and performance metrics compliance.
