Noa Froimovich

Noa Froimovich is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of HR at Commtact Ltd. since 2022, Noa is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, managing HR teams, and driving employee engagement. Previously, Noa held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Aeronautics Group, where foundational HR processes were established. Noa’s extensive tenure at Israel Aerospace Industries lasted from 2006 to 2022, during which various roles were undertaken, including HRBP & OD Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition, and HR & Recruitment Specialist. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Management Consulting and Human Resources Management from Bar-Ilan University and The College of Management Academic Studies.
