Florence Fernandes Duc has extensive experience in urban planning and public space management, currently serving as the Responsable Aménagement voirie at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise since September 2018, where collaboration and local needs are prioritized in public space development. Previously, Florence held the position of Directrice de la voirie et des Aménagements urbains in Ville de Saint-Ouen l'Aumône, managing teams and overseeing urban projects. Additionally, contributions as an Examinatrice for the territorial technicien competition during 2021 and as Chef de Projets Maîtrise d'Ouvrage Espaces Publics at Plaine Commune have further demonstrated expertise in project management and operational oversight.
