Kathryn Barnes

Kathryn Barnes, RPh, currently serves as the Pharmacist in Charge at CommuniCare since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Pharmacist at Texas NeuroRehab Center and Warm Springs Rehab Hospital, as well as a Staff Pharmacist at Brodie Lane Pharmacy from October 2022 to April 2024. From September 2018 to October 2022, Kathryn directed group purchasing initiatives at the Texas Association of Community Health Centers, establishing connections with pharmacy manufacturers and various medical wholesalers. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Pharmacist in Charge at Travis County Health Care District and City of Austin Community Care Services, overseeing multiple clinics. Kathryn began a career in pharmacy at M.O.M.'s Pharmacy, where responsibilities included patient education and managing pharmacy operations. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin.
