Matthew Wayne

Matthew Wayne serves as the Chief Medical Officer at CommuniCare Health Services since June 2019, overseeing a team of over 50 clinicians providing care to residents across skilled nursing facilities in four states. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and President at Personalized Health Partners from June 2019 to April 2023, and holding the Chief Medical Officer position at Summa Health System and CommuniCare Health Services. Matthew Wayne also served as President of the Board of Directors for AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University.
