Joanne Graham

Joanne Graham has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joanne currently works at Communicare as the Culture, Capability and Workforce Lead. Prior to this, they held a position as the Culture and Capability Partner at Communicare.

Before joining Communicare, Joanne worked at the City of Wanneroo as the Acting Coordinator Capability & Culture. Additionally, they served as a Workforce Development Consultant at the same organization, where they designed and implemented workforce strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Furthermore, Joanne has experience as a Research Assistant at Curtin University, where they conducted research on sustainable enterprises and regional food systems. Joanne also served as the Head of Organizational Development at Prospect Union, where they managed a successful merger and implemented change programs to improve efficiency.

Earlier in their career, Joanne held various roles at Connect, including Head of Administration, where they focused on service delivery, administration, and human resources management. Joanne also worked as an Operations Manager at Burlington Consultants, overseeing business operations and facilitating global expansion.

Lastly, Joanne gained valuable experience at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations, where they held roles such as Senior Property Administrator, Finance and Legislation Advisor, Policy Advisor, and Graduate Administrative Assistant.

Joanne Graham obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 1988-1991. Joanne later pursued a Graduate Certificate in The Psychology of Organisational Development and Change from Heriot-Watt University in 2010-2011. Finally, they completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Curtin University in 2013-2015.
