Stacey Jobson-Hunter

Stacey is passionate about the opportunities education and employment bring to people’s lives, particularly those in the community who face obstacles and challenges along the journey. For the past 20 years, she has held positions across the employment and education sector, including as a Programme Director in the United Kingdom (UK) delivering systemic change to the vocational education sector.

Stacey joined Communicare in 2019 as a Senior Manager Employment and Education, bringing to the role a wealth of experience she gained while working in senior leadership positions in the UK.

Highly skilled in management, community development and change management, she has established an excellent record of successfully managing major programmes both in the not-for-profit and local government sectors. This includes the Department of Work and Pensions in the UK, as well as leading the roll-out of significant programmes for the Department of Education UK.

Stacey has a proven track record in building and engaging stakeholder networks through strong interpersonal communication skills to achieve common goals and influence change. She thrives on developing high performing teams and delivering real, on the ground results.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics & Community Development, an MSC in Advanced Community Development and Prince2 Practitioner Award in Project Management.

In her current role, Stacey is responsible for the service delivery and development of education, employment and training programmes and services provided by Communicare.
