Communication Across Barriers Speech Clinics, Inc., is a woman-owned speech and language service provider with two clinic locations in Contra Costa County, one in Concord and one in Antioch. We provide therapy to toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, adolescents and adults. We offer individual and group therapy, as well as in-person and telehealth. Se habla español.

Communication Across Barriers is a merger of the three private practices: Unity Therapies in Antioch; Jewett and Associates in Concord and Brentwood; and Speech at Home in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
