The current leadership team at Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) has a wealth of experience in both the deaf community and in business administration. The CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer all have degrees in Business Administration from accredited universities. The Director of U.S. Operations Relay/Captel Contact Centers also has a degree in business, specifically in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science. This team also has extensive experience working with the deaf community. The Market Director - Healthcare previously worked as Marketing Director at Deaf Counseling, Advocacy & Referral Agency (DCARA). They also have experience teaching American Sign Language, having worked as an Adjunct Professor: American Sign Language at Ohlone College and Family and Infant Teacher at California School for the Deaf, Fremont. This team is well-equipped to handle the business side of CSD as well as to support and advocate for the deaf community.
