Marcus Emfinger

Marcus Emfinger has an extensive work experience in the field of communication technology services. Marcus started their career as an RF Optimization Engineer at CSpire Wireless in 1999 and worked there until 2005. Marcus then joined Verizon Wireless as a System Performance Engineer from 2006 to 2012.

In 2012, they joined Communication Technology Services (CTS) and served as a Systems Performance Engineer until 2014. During their time at CTS, they also worked as a Small Cell Engineering - Integration/Optimization specialist from 2014 to 2015.

After that, Marcus worked at B+T Group as a Director of RF Engineering in 2015, where they managed macro and metro-related projects along with the RF Engineering department. Marcus then returned to CTS in 2016 as a Construction Manager, overseeing construction projects.

Throughout their career, Marcus held leadership positions at CTS, starting as a Manager of Small Cell Engineering from 2017 to 2020. Marcus then became the Manager of Hetnet Engineering from 2020 to 2022 before being promoted to the role of Director of Hetnet Engineering in March 2022.
