Victor Maina

Victor Maina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and ICT regulatory frameworks, currently serving as the Principal/Manager of Telecom & Electronic Transactions Licensing at the Communications Authority of Kenya since 2014. Victor has a strong background in policy development, licensing compliance, and performance analysis within the telecom sector. Previous roles include Regional Manager overseeing inspections in the Central & Eastern region and various engineering positions focused on standards, research, and compliance at the Communications Commission of Kenya. Victor holds a Master's Degree in Communications Management, as well as certifications in Project Management and Internet Governance. Additionally, Victor has served as a Board Member and Trustee for the CCK Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme, ensuring financial security for members.
