Leanne Proctor

Leanne Proctor has extensive experience in the communications sector, currently serving as the Regulatory Manager and Sector Expert at the Communications Ombudsman since July 2014, where expertise focuses on industry infrastructure and regulatory compliance. Previously, Leanne held the position of Senior Investigation Officer, working collaboratively with various departments to enhance training delivery and quality assurance. Prior experience includes serving as an Investigation Officer at Ombudsman Services from October 2009 to July 2014, where responsibilities included investigating complaints within an ADR framework. Leanne holds a BA Hons in Politics from Newcastle University, completed between 1998 and 2001, and attended Wirral Grammar School for Girls.
