Ashley McIver Mpa

Ashley McIver, MPA, is a seasoned philanthropy professional currently serving as a Senior Philanthropy Officer at the Communities Foundation of Texas, where a $3 million portfolio focused on economic security is managed. In this role, collaboration with local nonprofit agencies is emphasized to enhance their capacity in supporting the financial stability of working families in North Texas through leadership of the Working Families Success Network. Additionally, as a Change Cycle Certified Trainer for The Change Cycle Series, organizational training initiatives are provided to address implementation of change effectively. Previous experience includes roles as Community Site Manager at Big Thought, Admissions Director at the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts, and Youth Director at Mission Waco.
