Truman G. has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning various industries and organizations. Truman is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Communities Foundation of Texas since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Forterra, Inc. from September 2017 to April 2022.

Truman G. also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MAG I Motorsport Aftermarket Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket products in the powersports industry, from October 2015 to September 2017.

Truman has held several leadership roles at Conversant Intellectual Property Management, Invensys (later acquired by Schneider Electric), RathGibson, Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, GE Energy Services, GE Global eXchange Svcs, and GE Lighting throughout their career, including VP Corporate Services, VP/Head of Human Resources, and various VP-level positions in human resources.

Truman G. has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic HR plans, managing change, and supporting business objectives through the effective delivery of HR services and programs.

Truman G. began their education in 1987 at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Truman studied there until 1991. Following their undergraduate degree, Truman enrolled at Pennsylvania State University - Smeal College of Business from 1991 to 1993, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Marketing and Management as their field of study.
