Patricia Tully has extensive experience in the social service sector, with a focus on energy assistance and case management. Patricia most recently served as the Vice President of Energy and Individual/Family Services at the Community Action Agency of New Haven. Prior to that, they held roles such as Director of Programs and Case Management and Associate Director of Programs and Case Management at the same organization. Patricia also worked as an SSBG Case Manager and an Energy Assistant at the Community Action Agency of New Haven. Patricia gained experience as a Direct Support Professional at a state-sanctioned organization and as a Case Manager/Energy Assistance intern at Jewish Family Services of Greater New Haven. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Caregiver/CNA at Companions and Home Helpers and provided Private Care services independently.
Patricia Tully obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with a concentration in counseling and a minor in Psychology from Post University, which they attended from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) degree from Lincoln Technical Institute-Hamden in 2014. Patricia plans to pursue a Master's degree in human services with a clinical counseling focus at Post University, starting in 2019. Patricia also has a certification as a Nurse Aide from the State of Connecticut. In the future, they intend to pursue a degree in Nonprofit Leadership, Innovation, and Organizational Sustainability with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the University of New Haven, beginning in 2023.
