María Rodríguez-Castillo

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also serves as the Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and University Professor at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and food history.
