Angela Spangler

Angela Spangler, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Excellence and Director of Organizational Excellence at the Community Action Committee of Pike County since July 2020. Additionally, Angela holds the position of City Councilwoman for the City of Wellston starting January 2022. Previous roles include Regional HR Business Partner at Signature Healthcare, Director of Human Resources at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and HCR ManorCare, and Human Resource Representative at Masco Cabinetry. Angela began professional career as a Recruiter at Personnel Solutions, Inc., and has extensive educational qualifications, including an Executive Juris Doctor in Healthcare Law from Purdue Global Law School, an MBA from Ohio University, and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
