Elesia Fowlin, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse professional background in the field of human resources, with experience ranging from administrative roles to managerial positions. Currently serving as the Associate Executive Director of Human Resources at Community Action Lehigh Valley, Elesia has previously worked at Progressive Physician Associates and St. Luke's University Health Network in various HR roles. Elesia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Moravian University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Cedar Crest College.
