Jennifer Gregory has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director of Mobility Learning Design & Practice at Community Action Partnership - National Office since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Alchemy Consulting Group from 2021 to 2022, where they provided strategic planning, community engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion training to nonprofit organizations and government agencies.

From 2016 to 2021, Jennifer served as the Executive Director at Middle Border Forward, overseeing the establishment of a citizen-led community development organization and managing a grassroots leadership development fellowship program.

Jennifer also has experience as the Director of Family Resources & Special Projects at FRANKLIN-VANCE-WARREN OPPORTUNITY, INC. from 2008 to 2016, where they led initiatives such as the Women's Economic Equity Advisory Council and the Responsible Fatherhood Task Force.

Their earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Executive Director at Embassy Square Foundation from 2003 to 2008, where they contributed to a multi-million-dollar fundraising plan and managed resources during a construction campaign.

Jennifer Gregory received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Education from Vance-Granville Community College, which they attended from 2000 to 2009. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English (Speech & Communication) from Regent University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
