Jo Galauski, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources starting in 2007 at Tuolumne General Medical Facility as a Supervising Ward Clerk/Social Services Liaison. From 2009 to 2015, Jo worked at Peace in Medicine in various roles including Executive Administrator, General Manager Human Resources, Director of Operations, and ultimately Director of Human Resources. Jo then moved on to SPARC, where they held the positions of Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources until 2022 when they became the Human Resources Director at Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County.
Jo Galauski, SHRM-CP, obtained a Certificate in Computer Applications from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in 1996. In 2005, Jo studied Business Administration and Management at Columbia College, California. Jo later pursued a Certificate in Employee Relations Law from the Institute of Applied Management and Law in 2015. Jo also obtained a Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2016.
