Sonia Frymark

Sonia Frymark, MBA, currently serves as the Contract Monitor for the Public Policy Institute at Community Advocates, Inc. since March 2021. Previously, Sonia completed an internship at Sojourner Family Peace Center in 2019, focusing on research and recommendations for a Leadership Development Program. From August 2014 to January 2018, Sonia held the position of Director of Business Development at Icafe Inc., where notable achievements included supporting the integration of three acquisitions and aligning business growth with the organization's core values. Earlier in the career, Sonia worked as the International Sales Manager at Alpha Source, Inc. from March 2006 to May 2014, successfully increasing sales for seven consecutive years. Academia includes a Master of Business Administration focused on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business, both from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
