Bryan Leroy Freeman, CNP, CPM, currently serves as the Program Grant Assistant at Community Alliance since June 2023. Previously, Bryan held the position of Impact Strategist at Banisters Leadership Academy from January to May 2023, and worked as a Quality Analyst at Firstsource from May 2021 to January 2023, focusing on quality improvement and training initiatives. Bryan has also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst at BroadPath, a Workforce Services Coordinator at Heartland Workforce Solutions, and a Workforce Coordinator at Hayneedle.com, where Bryan monitored and reported call volume and analyzed relevant data. Prior roles include Development Manager and Campaign Coordinator at Banisters Leadership Academy and United Way of the Midlands, respectively, as well as Executive Director at Radio Talking Book Services, overseeing development activities. Bryan holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and several other certificates in nonprofit and public management.
