Ian Massy, MPA, CCEA, MCEP, serves as the Public Response Manager and has a history with the City of Henderson, Nevada, holding various roles including Senior Code Enforcement Officer and Code Enforcement Officer. Massy’s professional experience includes positions such as Chief of Alternative Sentencing and Alternative Sentencing Officer/Sgt, along with being a Broker-Salesperson at Paradigm Realty in Las Vegas. Additional roles comprise serving as an AEMT and EVOC Instructor for Community Ambulance, a Home Inspector with InspectVegas.com, and a law enforcement United States Park Ranger with the National Park Service. Massy’s earlier career included property management as a Realtor® for Peake Management, Inc., and work as an EMT - Intermediate/Park Medic at Specialized Medical Services. With advanced education from George Mason University and Pepperdine University, Massy holds a Master of Public Administration, along with certifications in Administration of Justice and law enforcement training.
