Angel Rivera Lmsw

Angel Rivera, LMSW, is an experienced social worker with a strong background in social services management. Currently serving as a Social Worker at the Community Association of Progressive Dominicans since November 2022, Angel has also held the role of Director of Social Services at Acacia Network since April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing various social service programs. Prior experience includes case management positions at Community Health Action of Staten Island and Harlem United, as well as a role as a Pre-Post Testing Counselor at Betance Health Clinic. Angel holds a Master of Social Work degree from Hunter College, complemented by a Master's in Counseling & Urban Development from New York Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist College.
