Dan Kennell has a diverse work experience starting from 2007 as a Consultant at Charles River Associates, where they conducted financial economic analyses in support of expert testimony in securities litigations. Dan then worked as a MAP Consultant at Parker Hannifin, developing frameworks for analyzing potential acquisition candidates and conducting market analysis. Kennell later became a Brand Management MBA Intern at Kimberly-Clark, where they created eCommerce strategies and evaluated advertising effectiveness. Dan went on to pursue an MBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business before joining M&T Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Business & Professional Banking and Banking Officer, Business & Professional Banking, overseeing product management and franchise banking initiatives. Subsequently, they held various roles at M&T Bank, including Assistant Vice President and Vice President in Commercial Planning & Analytics, Commercial Incentive Compensation Manager, and Commercial Relationship Manager. Kennell also worked as CFO & Managing Partner at S+E Consulting, LLC, a boutique management consulting firm where they led financial aspects of the company and managed M&A and financial consulting projects. Currently, they are a Vice President, Commercial Banking at Community Bank, N.A.
Dan Kennell attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2011 to 2013, where they earned their MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester from 2003 to 2007, earning a BA in Economics.
