Karen Wiley

Karen Wiley has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Karen is currently working as the VP Human Resources Director for Commercial Banking and Wealth Management at Community Bank, N.A. Prior to this, they held various roles at HSBC, including VP Human Resources Business Partner, VP Human Resources for US Risk, Compliance and Finance, VP Human Resources for US Operations, and AVP Resourcing Specialist. Karen also served as a Human Resources Manager and Branch Sales Manager earlier in their career.
