Kelsey Hickok

Kelsey Hickok has substantial experience in human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as an HR Senior Benefits Specialist at Community Bank System, Inc. since November 2019. Previously, Kelsey held various positions at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses from March 2010 to November 2019, including Lead Benefits Specialist and Benefits Specialist, overseeing wellness programs, ACA compliance, and flexible spending accounts. Kelsey also worked as a Risk Management Specialist, focusing on wellness program administration and safety management. Additionally, Kelsey gained experience as a Customer Care Representative and Career Services Assistant at The College at Brockport State University of New York between September 2012 and May 2014. Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from SUNY Brockport.
