Susan McCarthy

Susan McCarthy is an experienced finance professional with a background in commercial banking and credit management. Currently serving as the Regional Credit Officer & Senior Credit Department Manager at Community Bank, N.A. since August 2019, Susan has held various leadership roles including VP Commercial Banking Team Leader and VP Commercial Loan Officer. Prior to this, experience at KeyBank as VP Commercial Payments Advisor and at TD as Portfolio Manager - Commercial Banking was gained. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager at Citizens Bank and Vice President Relationship Manager at Bank of America, where expertise in business banking and middle market portfolio management was developed. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Siena College, completed in 1992.
