In 2012, they pursued further education at Liberty University and earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Services Counseling/Business in 2013. Around the same time, they also attended Duke University for a Certificate of Nonprofit Management with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. Following this, Richard continued their education at Liberty University and completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership in 2015. In addition to their formal degrees, they hold a certificate in Fundraising from the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
