Taylor Carlson

Taylor Carlson has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started working as a Lead Counselor at Camp Starfish in 2013, where they provided one-on-one support to children with emotional, learning, and behavioral needs. In 2015, they became a Level 2 Teacher at The New England Center for Children, where they supported learners with diverse needs and analyzed data-driven metrics to assess progress. From 2016 to 2019, they held the role of Student Support Coordinator at Brooke Charter Schools, providing specialized instruction to students and implementing innovative learning strategies based on data analytics. In the same period, they also worked as an In-Home Therapeutic Support Therapist at The MENTOR Network, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients' mental health.
