Brian Rollefson, SPHR has an extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Brian is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Staff Development at The Community Blood Center. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Norbert College.

Brian Rollefson, SPHR has a comprehensive education history. Brian obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Trident University International between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Logistics Management from the same institution from 2006 to 2008. In addition, Brian also holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degrees. The first one, earned from the Community College of the Air Force between 2008 and 2010, focused on Instructor of Technology and Military Science. The second AAS degree, obtained from the same institution between 2008 and 2010, specialized in Human Resource Management. Another AAS degree in Transportation was completed from the Community College of the Air Force from 2000 to 2004.

Brian has further enhanced their credentials through various certifications. Brian obtained the CCAF Instructor Certification Level 1 from the Community College of the Air Force in 2011. Additionally, they hold a Professional Certification in Professional Manager from the same institution, which was earned in 2007 and 2008.

Furthermore, Brian has pursued multiple professional certifications outside of their formal education. Brian became a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2018.
