Erin Bourgault

Director Of Community Trauma Support Services at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center

Erin Bourgault's work experience includes a variety of roles at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. Erin started in 2011 as a Care Coordinator with HealthCorps and later became a Developmental Case Manager and School Liaison in 2013. In 2015, Erin was promoted to Care Navigation Supervisor. Erin then took on the role of Neighborhood Trauma Team Coordinator in 2017. Recently, Erin has been serving as the Director of Community Trauma Support Services. Erin also briefly held the position of Director of Community Trauma Support Services from November 2021 to January 2022.

Prior to their work at the health center, Erin had an internship with the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters in 2010. In this role, they gained experience in political advocacy and state politics by editing and writing chapters for the Environmental Briefing Book, writing articles for the blog, and managing the Candidate Survey. Erin also represented the organization at meetings and conferences and entered data for the Legislative Scorecard.

Erin Bourgault earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in 2011 from Bates College, where they studied Environmental Studies, Women and Gender Studies, and Spanish.
