Shannon Hill, SHRM - CP

Shannon Hill, SHRM - CP, has a long and varied career in Human Resources. Shannon began their career in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant at Coldwell Banker, where they acted as a receptionist and performed research, managed projects, created spreadsheets, composed correspondence, managed databases, and created presentations and other documents using desktop publishing software. In 2006, they moved to KM Logistics as a Spanish Translator. In 2007, they joined Johnson Controls as a Human Resources Associate, where they were the HR point of contact for Product Sales, a succession planning administrator, developed career counseling presentations, and was a global administrator and inpat/expat liaison for the executive relocation program. From 2009 to 2010, they were part of the HR Exposure Rotational Program, and in 2012, they became a Human Resources Associate at LMI Packaging Solutions Inc. In 2014, they were an HR Manager at Overture Promotions, and in 2016, they moved to Mondi Group as an HR Manager and Global Inspire Champion. In 2021, they were a Senior Human Resources Manager at Balcan USA Inc., and in 2022, they became the Director of People Operations at Deft and the Director of People & Talent at Community Boost.

Shannon Hill, SHRM-CP, has a comprehensive education history. Shannon obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University between 2014 and 2016 and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university between 2011 and 2014. Shannon also received Human Resources Administration and FMLA Administration Certificates from MRA. Prior to that, they attended Johnsburg High School. In addition, Hill has obtained two certifications: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in December 2017, and Hogan Assessment Certificate from Hogan Assessment Systems in April 2018.
