Kylee Christensen began their work experience in 2010 as a Barista at Starbucks, where they focused on creating customized beverages and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Kylee then worked as a Barista at Life Pacific College from 2011 to 2012, gaining experience in problem-solving, training new employees, and working both independently and collaboratively. In 2012, Kylee served as a Class Manager at SPI Entertainment, where they learned the importance of prioritization and delegation within a team. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Assistant Production Manager at The Giving Keys, overseeing staff training, managing shipment scheduling, and serving as the main contact for retailers. Since 2016, Kylee has been an Operations Manager at Luminous, where they have implemented process improvements, managed budgets and suppliers, and optimised procedures for higher efficiency.

Kylee Christensen obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Transformational Ministry from Life Pacific College, graduating in 2013. In 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Management at Azusa Pacific University. Subsequently, in 2019, they enrolled at Everett Community College to obtain a Certificate in Accounting and Finance, anticipated to be completed in 2022.
