Cara Dickerson

Cara Dickerson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Cara started working at the Volunteer Center of Johnson County in 2003, where they served as the Special Assistant to the Executive Director until 2006. Cara then became the Director of the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Cara worked at the Children's Home + Aid Society of Illinois, initially as the Woman's Board Coordinator and later as the Manager of Special Events. In 2014, they joined Community Brands as a Senior Events Production Manager and worked in that position until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Cara served as a Senior Account Manager at Community Brands. Cara was then promoted to the role of Director and held that position until September 2022. Currently, Cara is the VP of Customer Success + Account Management at Community Brands.

Cara Dickerson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with a Strategic Communications emphasis from The University of Kansas, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006.
