Scott Hatlen

Scott Hatlen has a vast amount of experience in various operational and quality management roles within the behavioral health industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Community Bridges, Scott has also held positions such as Deputy Chief of Operations, Senior Director Of Operations, and Director of Quality Management. Prior to their current role, Scott worked at ValueOptions, Inc.® as a Provider Monitoring Specialist and at Triple R Behavioral Health, Inc. as a Site Coordinator. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration degree from both Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix.
