Amy started their career at Mellon Bank, NA in 1983, where they supervised programmers and worked on improving system performance and problem-solving skills. Amy later joined Fiserv in 1991 as an MIS Project Manager, where they managed programmers and implemented a new commercial loan package. In 1995, Amy joined PNC Financial Services Group as an AVP and later VP, where they played a key role in developing online banking capabilities and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
