Amy Cicconi has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and internet strategy. Amy started their career at Mellon Bank, NA in 1983, where they supervised programmers and worked on improving system performance and problem-solving skills. Amy later joined Fiserv in 1991 as an MIS Project Manager, where they managed programmers and implemented a new commercial loan package. In 1995, Amy joined PNC Financial Services Group as an AVP and later VP, where they played a key role in developing online banking capabilities and managing multi-million dollar budgets. From 2000 to 2013, Amy owned and operated a successful online retail pet supplies business called CatsPlay.com. Amy joined Community Care Behavioral Health Organization in 2009 and currently holds the position of Director of IT, where they are responsible for internet strategy and web systems architecture.

Amy Cicconi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from West Virginia University, completing their studies from 1979 to 1983. Prior to that, they attended Brownsville Area High School from 1975 to 1979, although no degree or field of study information is provided for their high school education.
