A Registered Practical Nurse and Personal Support Worker, Chrystal began with Community Care in January 2014 as part of the Personal Support Services Supervisory team assigned to assist in the development of the Assisted Living Program and to provide coordination for all Personal Support Services such as Supportive Housing, In-Home Respite and Home at Last.
In October 2020, Chrystal became Interim Program Manager for the Adult Day Program. Chrystal provides leadership to the program, which staffs two coordinators and 15 program assistants, and manages the daily operation/service enhancement of the program. The program offers a range of social, physical and recreational activities designed to meet the needs of frail older adults, individuals with memory impairment and adults with physical disabilities.
Chrystal is on the Board of Directors for Omemee Children’s Centre for the last 10 years.
