Jordan Prosper

Director of Community Support Servicesat Community Care, Jordan oversees over 200 volunteer drivers, over 20 specialized transportation drivers and additional support staff. The root purpose of the Transportation team is to keep clients independent and connected in their community. The team takes residents of CKL anywhere they need to go. Whether for medical appointments, dialysis, social events or family gatherings, we are here to help.

Jordan graduated from Brock University with a BA in Community Health Sciences. Jordan brings with him 10+ years in the health field having held positions with Public Health, the Canadian Cancer Society, Regional Cancer Centres, and notably with Community Care CKL for the past four years as the Health Promoter. In this role, Jordan was able to help launch the “Soldiers of Change” men’s support group. Launching in October of 2019, Jordan is pleased to see this group still available to CKL residents today. Jordan was also able to lead and evaluate programs with support from over 40 volunteers aiming to improve physical activity in older adults in the community.
