Emilie Rutowski

Emilie Rutowski is currently serving as a Functional Eligibility Screener at Community Care Inc since April 2025. Prior to this role, Emilie held various positions at Alternatives in Psychological Consultation, including CCS Adult LEAD Care Coordinator and CCS Adult Care Coordinator from August 2019 to October 2025. Emilie's experience also includes a management role at Carters Inc. from September 2016 to August 2019, where skills in customer service and sales were applied to enhance business performance. Additional experience includes a summer internship with Delinquency & Court Services in 2017 and a position as a Teaching Assistant at Children's Learning and Care Center from September 2015 to August 2016, where Emilie facilitated activities for young children. Emilie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, completed in 2019.
