Michael Tuplin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2022. Michael started their career as a Volunteer at the Brockton Veterans Hospital, where they provided companionship and engaged members in activities. Later, they volunteered at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, assisting in senior activities.
In 2009, Michael joined Vinfen and held various positions, including Relief Counselor, Rehabilitation Coordinator, Health and Wellness Coordinator, and Operations Director. Michael managed group homes, provided consultation and support, managed caseloads, and initiated a local YMCA group.
In 2015, Michael became an Assistant Coach for the Boys Varsity Ice Hockey team at Weymouth High School. Michael collaborated with the coaching staff, developed training programs, and focused on player development.
Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at Community Care Partners, overseeing program operations, implementing communication systems, and project managing the MassHealth Request for Proposal.
Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated leadership, coordination, and a strong commitment to community and healthcare services.
Michael Tuplin completed a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Stonehill College from 2007 to 2011. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the New England College of Business from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a certification from the Massachusetts Board of Social Workers in April 2014.
