Mica Toups

Mica Toups is an experienced professional in the field of healthcare contracting, currently serving as the Director of Payor Contracting & Managed Care at Community Care Partners since February 2022. In this role, Mica has successfully built relationships to negotiate high-quality reimbursement contracts with national urgent care private equity and managed care payors, focusing on rate increases and managed care reimbursement strategies. Prior to this, Mica worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana as a Senior Provider Contract Negotiator, gaining extensive experience in complex reimbursement methodologies. Mica also held the position of Manager of Provider Relations at HCA Healthcare, managing rate negotiations and working with large national payors, and served as Practice Manager at Dr. Gupta's Nephrology Practice for over 14 years. Mica holds a degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
