Beth D'Aleo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system development and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Development Analyst at Community Care Plan since November 2017, Beth previously held the role of System Development Analyst. Prior to this, Beth worked as an Independent Consultant at CFSL Consulting from November 2014 to November 2017. Notably, Beth spent over 15 years at Memorial Healthcare System, where responsibilities included serving as a Tapestry System Administrator/System Analyst, focusing on Epic Tapestry for accounts payable claims and contracts, as well as managing system upgrades and troubleshooting workflow inconsistencies. Additionally, Beth held the position of Decision Support Analyst during the tenure at Memorial Healthcare System.
Community Care Plan
Community Care Plan (CCP), 'the health plan with a heart,' was introduced in 2000 as South Florida Community Care Network (SFCCN), the first safety-net hospital-owned Provider Service Network. CCP serves 100,000+ members enrolled in Medicaid, Florida Healthy Kids, sponsored programs, and self-insured employee health plans. CCP is owned by Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health. Community Care Plan maintains accreditation and has earned Multicultural Health Care Distinction for its Medicaid Health Plan by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). CCP is also fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as a Health Plan. MISSION To promote healthier communities.
