Ivette Pagan has been working in the field of human resources for over 17 years. Ivette'smost recent role is as the Human Resources Director at Community Care Plan, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ARRIS from 2013 to 2019, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for the Latin America region. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of HR managers and providing HR support to various departments within the company. Before joining ARRIS, Ivette worked at Motorola Mobility from 2005 to 2013, first as the Human Resources Director for the Latin America region, and later as the Human Resources and Talent Development Sr. Manager. At Motorola, they played a key role in talent development, strategic planning, team building, and organizational management. Ivette also had a brief stint at Assurant as a Training Specialist, where they designed and delivered training programs for associates in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Ivette holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and is SHRM-SCP certified.
Ivette Pagan, MAOM, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. Ivette also obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Development (MA OMD) from Fielding Graduate University. Prior to that, Ivette completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2020.

Community Care Plan (CCP), 'the health plan with a heart,' was introduced in 2000 as South Florida Community Care Network (SFCCN), the first safety-net hospital-owned Provider Service Network. CCP serves 100,000+ members enrolled in Medicaid, Florida Healthy Kids, sponsored programs, and self-insured employee health plans. CCP is owned by Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health. Community Care Plan maintains accreditation and has earned Multicultural Health Care Distinction for its Medicaid Health Plan by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). CCP is also fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as a Health Plan. MISSION To promote healthier communities.
