Kristy Flores

Kristy Flores, EMBA, currently serves as the Manager of Product Support at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kristy held multiple positions at TMX Finance Family of Companies from May 2019 to November 2023, including Manager of eComm & Unsecured Lending and Manager of Fraud Risk. Krishna's career in fraud analysis began at Oportun, where Kristy worked as a Senior Fraud Analyst and Fraud Analyst from August 2016 to April 2019. Earlier in their career, Kristy was employed at Capital One from February 2013 to July 2016, working as a Direct Risk Specialist and Funding Analyst. Kristy obtained an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology (2020-2022), a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Woman's University (2008-2012), and an Associate degree in General Business from Dallas College (2005-2008).
