Charles Graham

Charles Graham is the current VP & Chief Information Officer at Community College of Allegheny County. Charles has over 20 years of experience in the IT field and has held various leadership positions during their career. Prior to their current role, they were the Director Data Management and Strategic Analytics at Mylan from July 2015 to May 2016. Before that, they were the Sr. IT Resource Manager - Business Intelligence at PPG Industries from March 2014 to July 2015. In this role, they taught advanced level technology and business courses to undergraduate students, prepared classroom syllabi and assignments, and provided mentoring and support to students. Charles also collaborated with full-time professors to outline and execute procedures needed to provide quality learning experiences for students. Prior to their time at PPG Industries, Charles was the Director of Business Intelligence at Atrium Innovations from August 2013 to March 2014.

Charles Graham has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Information Systems and Services from Point Park University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the same school. Charles is also ITIL certified in Foundation and Lean Six Sigma certified in Green Belt. Finally, they have their PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
