Coach Monique Demonaco

Coach Monique DeMonaco is the Founder and Principal of Coach Monique™ Emotional Intelligence EXECUTIVE & LIFE COACHING, established in April 2007, focusing on facilitating change in corporate environments to enhance positive culture and employee engagement. In addition to running her coaching practice, Monique DeMonaco serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member and Motivational Speaker at the Community College of Allegheny County, where workshops and classes on life choices are offered based on community demand. Previously, Monique DeMonaco held significant leadership roles at Chatham University from 1996 to 2004, including Member of the Board of Trustees and President of the Alumni Association Board, working to enhance the university's national and international presence. Monique DeMonaco holds an MBA with a concentration in Innovation Management from Carlow University and an Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach credential from CEOPartnership. Monique DeMonaco obtained a BA in Communications, also with a concentration in Innovation Management, from Chatham University.
